1. License Grant

Upon purchase of TeamKit, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and deploy the source code for unlimited personal and commercial projects.

2. Permitted Uses

  • Build and deploy SaaS products for yourself or clients
  • Modify any part of the source code
  • Use for unlimited projects

3. Prohibited Uses

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the original TeamKit source code as a competing boilerplate or template product
  • Share your purchased copy publicly (e.g. open-source the exact TeamKit repo)
  • Remove copyright notices from the source files

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the download link is delivered. Please review the setup guide at /setup before purchasing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TeamKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The author is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this software.

6. Third-Party Libraries

TeamKit includes open-source libraries under MIT, Apache-2.0, ISC, and other licenses. This product uses the sharp image processing library (LGPL-3.0-or-later). See the project's package.json for full dependency details.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
